Tuesdays with
SLOW FLOW + SELF-MASSAGE:

I blend therapeutic yoga, self-massage and breathwork to release deep muscle tension and soothe your nervous system. You’ll learn how to do trigger-point massage with tennis balls— a deeply satisfying and accessible method to hydrate tissues and unlock new space in your body.

My approach is from functional movement, but guide you to connect with your felt-experience to support you to move honestly & authentically. With various breathing techniques, we’ll move through gentle dynamic flows, longer restful holds, and a calming finish with essential oils and restorative yoga nidra meditation.

This practice supports better sleep during the Lofoten summer, eases chronic pain, and helps ease that “wired but tired” feeling.

No experience needed— come as you are.
Can be adapted for those with injuries or are pregnant.

About Victoria:

Victoria is a yoga teacher, health & wellness coach, doula and chef. The heart of her work is to guide you into friendship and deeper intimacy with your mind-body, nature & life. She’s known for her meditative voice and hypnotizing music playlists, whilst interweaving modern and ancient medicine to educate and empower you. 


Currently based between Lofoten and Stockholm, Victoria hosts retreats, women’s circles & festivals, and offers private therapeutic yoga, pregnancy support and health coaching. Both online & in-person. With over 1000 hours of holistic health and medical education, she specialises in women’s health, digestion, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, chronic pain and her classes are trauma-informed. When not teaching, you'll find her running in the mountains with her wolf-dog Akka, nerding out in books or cooking a nourishing meal.

Thursday’s Sattva Himalayan Yoga

I teach Sattva Yoga Journeys with roots in the Himalayan traditions blended with my own learnings from dancing down the mountain on my skis. I wish to weave the wisdom from the Himalayas with the traditions of the north with an intention to expand in love. My intention is to bring clarity and guide you to your own truth, your innate being. So that we may be ourselves with complete confidence and love. On my classes we will be using asanas, mantra, pranayama, kriya and meditation, an integrated practice which leads us to expansion, evolution and liberation. Preparing us on all planes for transformation and being able to access more of the infinite intelligence. If you are curious to dive deeper into your True self and strengthen physically, mentally and spiritually, come join. I will be All in for you. All levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced Yogis.

About Evelina 

Evelina Nilsson is a devoted soul on the journey towards clarity and freedom. Her introduction to Yoga was by the mountains and the art of skiing. In 2019 she decided to go to India, the homeland of Yoga, to learn more about the ancient wisdom and expand in her role as a teacher as well as a student. She is a Sattva master Yoga teacher with more than RYT700 at Sattva Yoga Academy. The journey continues. Her style of teaching is interwoven with the mysteries of the mountains and the clarity & freedom from her Sattva Yoga Teacher training. Combining the dance on skis with the Himalayan Yogic teachings. She is available and devoted to a life of service for a positive world.
